Paul Lee & Company has been a supporter of the Lets with Pets scheme since May 2015. As a pet-friendly agency they ensure their property listings always indicate where pets are considered.

Paul Lee, Partner at Paul Lee & Company explains:

As we are located in Primrose Hill Village, with the benefits of both Primrose Hill Park and Regents Park, we have a long history of helping tenants with pets. After all, just read the 101 Dalmatians story to see how long Primrose Hill has been associated with the London dog community.  As the area especially attracts pets owners, we are regularly contacted by tenants who are having difficulties finding a home to rent with their pets. As a supporter of Lets with Pets we are able to advise more of our landlords that are concerned about accepting pets in their properties with information, advice and guidance as to the benefits of letting their properties to pet owners.

Our dog Bruno comes to work to greet everyone who visits the office in the only way a miniature dachshund knows how, a hearty bark and a wagging tail.

Our plethora of pet tenants include lop-ear house rabbits, a talking grey parrot, a corn snake, a tortoise, tropical fish, Dachshunds, French Bulldogs, Pugs, Beagles, Chihuahuas, English Bulldogs, Golden Doodles, Cava-poos, Shih-poos, Cocker Spaniels, Cocker-poos, Siamese, Burmese and Maine Coon Cats, Labradoodles, Treeing Walker Coon hounds, Portuguese Water dogs, Hungarian Vizslas, Papillons, Maltese, Weimaraners, Tibetan Terriers, West Highland Terriers, Schnauzer and Bernese Mountain Dogs!

Ian Rose is a member of the Dogs Trust Council and rents out his apartment in Primrose Hill through Paul Lee & Company:

"I have worked with Paul at Paul Lee & Company since 2000, both as a tenant and as a landlord, and I currently rent out my Primrose Hill apartment through Paul.  I am also a Council Member (Trustee) of Dogs Trust, so it goes without saying that I insist on my apartment being totally dog-friendly (it is human-friendly too!).

Dogs Trust’s Lets with Pets scheme provides comprehensive resources for landlords, agents and tenants, so that each of them can have the assurances they need when tenants have their best four-legged friend with them.

It is unthinkable that I would rent a property myself which did not accept my amazing Dogs Trust dogs Heather and Meg (pictured here on Primrose Hill), and I am proud to accept my tenants’ dogs in my apartment.

I am also very lucky that Paul, a dog lover himself, is so helpful to both me and my tenants, especially when it comes to my tenants living with their pets.  The Lets with Pets scheme provides a win-win-win for landlords, agents and tenants, and most importantly the scheme contributes towards the day when all dogs can lead a happy life.”

Paul Lee and Company Tenant Anna talks about her experience:

"I never imagined that finding a flat to rent with an elderly dog in central London could be an enjoyable experience, but Paul Lee managed to make it so! Very honest, transparent, organised and straightforward, Paul made the process so simple and easy. And as a dog owner it was a relief to find an agent who was committed to finding the right place (others just dropped us as soon as they heard about our canine companion). Would highly recommend for anyone wanting to rent in Primrose Hill!"
