Pet information form

Pet information form

If you have given permission for a tenant to keep a pet in your property, it's advisable to get as much information as possible about their pet before they move in.

As part of the management process, it's advisable to keep some information on file about your tenant's pet. This will provide you with important information, such as:

  • Details of the pets that you have agreed to
  • Details of someone who can care for the pet in an emergency
  • Details of their registered veterinary practice
  • Details of their out of hours veterinary practice

You can ask your tenants to complete a Pet Information Form before they move into the property.
