Why not download our Renting to Pet Owners guide and take a copy into your local letting agency. The booklet covers a range of practical information about renting to pet owners, such as including a pet policy in tenancy agreements and dealing with pet deposits.
You can also point out the advantages of joining our Lets with Pets Good Practice Scheme. There are many benefits for letting agents and landlords, such as attracting responsible long-term tenants. We can also send promotional materials to participating letting agencies and give them the opportunity to have their company logo featured on our website.
